Fruit Tart Flag

 

Ingredients:

  • Miniature pre-made tart shells
  • Blueberries
  • Sliced strawberries
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 3 tbs powdered sugar
  • ½ c whipped cream

 

Directions:

  • Cut sliced strawberries in half
  • Beat mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth.
  • Gently fold in 1/2 cup freshly whipped cream.
  • Fill tarts and top with fruit
