Fruit Tart Flag
- Miniature pre-made tart shells
- Sliced strawberries
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 3 tbs powdered sugar
- ½ c whipped cream
- Cut sliced strawberries in half
- Beat mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth.
- Gently fold in 1/2 cup freshly whipped cream.
- Fill tarts and top with fruit
