Last Minute Chocolate Sugar-Free Cookie/Cake Bars:
Ingredients:
1 box mix of sugar free chocolate cake
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (you can hand stir). Spread in a 13 x 9 pan (lightly coated with oil spray). You may need to use your hands to spread, as it’s a very thick batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. But start checking at 15 minutes. Cool, then cut into 32 bars, 1 1/2″ x 2″.
